PIZZA INN, Kitengela was broken into, Vandalized and their food eaten and other valuables stolen. I am sure if there was KFC nearby, it would have been looted as well. How did we get here? Remember the first GEN Zs demonstrations, we were told the calibre of demonstrators would walk to KFC after taking selfies, and order for chips/chicken and other stuff. They would not loot KFC. They would go there to buy. How did we get here?

I recall the second demos, I took my son to one of those small eateries in Kitengela and it remained opened even as thousands of Gen Zs matched just outside. Businesses in the whole town remained open. How did we get here?

Yesterday, only a mad man would have opened his business. Shops were closed in the whole town and about 10km in the outskirts as police and demonstrators battled it out in the streets. How did we get here?

I have described two forms of protests just in Kitengela town and ofcourse the rest of the country. Which of the two do you think will force William out of office soonest? And which one do you thinking the country needs? And then ask yourself, how did we get here?
