CS Opiyo Wandayi has failed to appear before the National Assembly’s Energy Committee chaired by David Gikaria.

Wandayi was expected to respond to and shed light on allegations surrounding the importation of substandard petroleum products into the country, reportedly outside the established Government-to-Government (G-to-G) framework.

The committee is now deliberating on the way forward.
