Details Emerge On Kenyan Police Officers Who Have Landed In Haiti As The Second Batch, Cyprian Nyakundi

Hey, Just saw this story about the 2nd batch of Kenyan police arriving in Haiti onboard Omni Air International. I enjoy plane spotting in the evenings. This Boeing 777 aircraft landed in Nairobi on Monday, July 15th, around 5 PM.

I captured its tail number (N819AX). Why are the Kenyan police using an American charter plane based in Oklahoma for official duty? Why couldn’t they use KQ like the first batch did? What are we not being told about this arrangement? It doesn’t make sense to charter a plane using taxpayer money when they could have used KQ. Please hide ID.
