There was drama in town earlier today when a group mobilized by pastors from Mt. Kenya stormed the CBD chanting, “We bless Israel!” Moments later, random members of the public countered loudly with chants of “Justice for Palestine!”

How did foreign politics find their way into our midst? We’re playing with fire by allowing religious fundamentalists to stage their dangerous games among us. Whoever is behind this should think twice, because if things go south, churches will be the first targets.
