   Don’t just rely on what they told you. Check their socials, Google their name, see the kind of energy they put out there. A person’s digital footprint says more than their sweet words.

   Don’t be shy to clarify their intentions. Are they looking for something serious or just passing time? The earlier you know, the less heartbreak later.
3. Choose a safe place.
   First meetings should always be in public. Don’t let “vibes” carry you into a private setting with someone you barely know. Safety first, always.
4. Watch their manners.
   How they treat waiters, cashiers, or even strangers around says a lot more about their character than how they treat you in that moment.
5. Don’t ignore red flags.
   If something feels off, their tone, their story, their vibe, don’t excuse it in the name of “maybe I’m overthinking.” Your intuition is there for a reason.
