Update: Total Number Of Kenyans Who Have Updated Their Kenya Power Tokens

KPLC says Some 4.2 million Kenya Power customers have updated their token metres in the ongoing exercise that will end on August 31, 2024. The exercise targets to update 7.4 million prepaid metres across the country, according to the power distributor.

General Manager, Commercial Services and Sales, Rosemary Oduor applauds the customers for their support in the campaign dubbed “Update Token Metre Yako.”

She assures customers that the metre update process does not affect the price of electricity in any way or cause the tokens to run out faster.
