Four children were killed after a man identified as Christopher Okello Onyu, 34, attacked a daycare centre in Makindye Division, Kampala, after posing as a parent to gain access.
Reports indicate that he first entered the school offices and briefly spoke with the administrator before stepping outside, where he locked the gate and launched the attack.
