A bomb has been found planted under a bridge in Migori, just hours before President Ruto’s scheduled visit.

Police have launched investigations after the device was discovered beneath the bridge ahead of the President’s expected arrival.

Security agencies swiftly secured the area as they work to establish who planted it and the motive behind it.
