Mufulira’s Zimba Residents Praise Council For Improving Feeder Roads

Residents of Zimba Compound in Mufulira District on the Copperbelt have commended the local council for grading feeder roads in the area, which had been in a poor state for years.

According to the residents talked to by Mafken News, the previously damaged roads had made it difficult for vehicles to reach certain areas, limiting accessibility.

They have however urged the authorities to maintain the newly graded roads to ensure they remain accessible.

Meanwhile, Kangwansuluka Ward Councillor Martine Chisha expressed optimism that the improved roads will promote trade and benefit the local economy.
