Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi Says The Kenyan Government Has Been Unable To Trace Teacher John Okoth Ogutu

Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi says the Kenyan government has been unable to trace teacher John Okoth Ogutu, who was killed in Tanzania following the October 29 election-related violence.

Mudavadi adds that no Kenyan has been reported missing since the unrest.

He further states that Kenya is pressing for the release of two Kenyans still detained in Arusha, Samuel Kagila and Stephen Ndungu Kimani, after the October 29 disturbances in Tanzania.

According to the CS, Kenya is pushing for full due process, legal access, and timely court appearances for the two detainees.
