Portugal Has Reached Out To Nigeria’s Super Eagles To Schedule A Friendly Match In June

Portugal has reached out to Nigeria’s Super Eagles to schedule a friendly match in June as part of their preparations for the 2026 World Cup.

It is understood that the Nigeria Football Federation and the Portugal Football Federation have agreed on this friendly, with details expected to be finalized shortly.

Portugal is said to be one of several teams heading to the World Cup that has officially suggested a June matchup against the Super Eagles, following their five-star performance at the recently concluded AFCON.
