ODM has withdrawn its motion to expel Senator Edwin Sifuna, opting instead for dialogue and alternative dispute resolution to address ongoing internal disagreements.

The decision follows wide consultations with Party Leader Senator Dr. Oburu Oginga and takes into consideration the founding spirit of the late Raila Amollo Odinga, who championed dialogue even with his fiercest critics.

Migori Senator Eddy Oketch had petitioned seeking the removal of Edwin Sifuna as the ODM Party Secretary General.
