Sad As Laikipia University Student Killed On A Hit-and-run Incident

Kelvin Obure, a Fourth-Year Bachelor of Education student at Laikipia University, has tragically lost his life in a hit-and-run incident while crossing a pedestrian lane. A young man with dreams of becoming a teacher, his life was cut short in a moment of cruelty and carelessness.
