Update: Here Are The New Changes On Raila Odinga’s Burial Programme

Interior PS Raymond Omollo has announced that the body of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga will be flown to his Bondo home later today instead of being transported by road as earlier planned.

While outlining Saturdayโ€™s schedule, Omollo explained that the change was prompted by time constraints, noting that public viewing in Kisumu is expected to continue until late in the evening.

โ€œFrom Mamboleo, Railaโ€™s body will be flown to Bondo. By the time the viewing ends, it will be late, and we want him to arrive before nightfall,โ€ Omollo said.

He made the remarks in Bondo after inspecting preparations at the Odinga home ahead of the bodyโ€™s arrival this evening and Sundayโ€™s funeral.
