Scandal In Bukirii: A Man And Other 3 Confess To Impregnating His Father’s Second Wife

Peace was shattered today in Bukiri, Samia Sub County, after an unbelievable family confession sent shockwaves across the entire village.

A young man identified as Cosmas Oloo together with other three stunned relatives and elders when they openly admitted to having โ€œaccidentallyโ€ impregnated the small wife of Olooโ€™s father (the second wife in the polygamous household)

According to eyewitnesses, the family had gathered to settle what was initially thought to be a minor domestic disagreement. But what began as a calm reconciliation meeting quickly turned into chaos when Olooโ€™s confession slipped out, revealing that they had secretly shared affection with the fatherโ€™s wife, leading to pregnancy.

Elders from the Abakhulo clan, visibly angered by the act, ordered immediate disciplinary action to restore respect and moral order within the homestead. Oloo and the other three were thoroughly beaten and sternly warned never to bring such shame upon the clan again.

The shocking incident has spread like wildfire across the ridges of Samia, leaving villagers divided. Some called it an abomination that defied all cultural norms, while others dismissed it as foolishness born of envy and lust.

Our efforts to reach out to Olooโ€™s father and his small wife did not bear fruit. The father declined to speak to Samia TV, while the woman in question was nowhere to be seen.

let me sum it up with a proverb from the Abakhulo elders of Bukiri that says:

“When the hyena forgets its place in the forest, even the bones of its kin become food.”
