The president William Ruto today in the afternoon at 4pm will be addressing the nation from State House Nairobi. The head of State is expected by Kenyans to give them hopes in his government after sacking his cabinet secretaries. Despite that, the head of State might talk about his new cabinet which will be including other leaders from different coalition including the former prime minister Hon Raila Odinga.
