All leaders, elected or appointed, must discard their political differences and pull towards a unified center as descendants of one.

All leaders from the Western region hold their positions in trust of the people and must at all times stay accountable to Mulembe.

An oversight Mulembe multisectoral committee to take stock of all development projects budgeted or initiated in Western region this financial year.

The Mulembe people resolve to henceforth, use their numerical strength to form or bargain with government.

Next meeting to be on matters progress of projects in this year’s budget as shall be highlighted by the multisectoral committee.

Future finance bills/budgets be discussed and passed in the Assemblies based on the benefits assured to Mulembe Nation.
