The Sunday Nation is claiming that Raila is currently in Dubai to meet former president Uhuru Kenyatta who has been convincing him to drop his AU bid and resist overtures join Ruto’s government. The paper goes on to allege that Uhuru Kenyatta, told Raila that Ruto’s government is likely to fall anytime and he could be the biggest beneficiary.

The plan according to the paper, is to have Raila team up with Muhoho Kenyatta to defeat Ruto. To this effect Uhuru has promised to mobilise central to be fully behind Raila, the paper claims.

Some of these allegations have been flying all over. In the prevailing situation in Kenya it is very difficult to discern truth from lies.
