She bought a biscuit and ice cream for me and I said I loved them. Thrice or twice in a week she bought them for me anytime she was coming from work. That was the beginning of our marriage. Recently it occurred to me that my wife hadn’t bought me the biscuit and ice cream in a very long while.

When I asked she told me, “I bought them for you anytime you did well in bed. If you don’t remember the last time I bought them for you then I also don’t remember the last time you did well in bed.”

I don’t know how to feel about this.

We are in our fourth year and have a year old child. She hasn’t bought me biscuit and ice cream for more than two years. So does she mean even the one that resulted in pregnancy wasn’t well done?

I’m not angry but I’m surprised she hasn’t communicated it all this while. I thought I was hitting the jackpot anytime we were on it. I do my best. I give my all so if that is not enough then it means I’m not a man enough?

I don’t even know where to pick up from because I don’t know where I dropped it. The seriousness with which she said it shows she had been bottling it. I was enjoying biscuit ooo. Little did I know I was enjoying the reward for a job well done. The biscuit and the ice cream koraa I don’t want it again. She can keep her money. Mthceew.
