In moments where life hangs on a single breath of fate, faith speaks louder than fear. This morning, the skies over Nairobi witnessed yet another brush with tragedy — and divine mercy.
A flight training aircraft, a Cessna 172, was forced to make an emergency landing inside the Nairobi National Park shortly after taking off from Wilson Airport. Preliminary reports point to a suspected engine failure midair — a pilot’s worst nightmare.
Yet, against all odds, the instructor remained calm, executing a flawless forced landing on an open stretch of grass. In a moment that could have ended in heartbreak, both occupants walked away — shaken, but alive.
