Rosemary Odinga Raila’s eldest daughter is the gal Raila Odinga was preparing to carry on his political legacy after the sudden demise of his firstborn son (heir apparent) Fidel Odinga who took his final breath in 2015.
Rosemary Odinga was to run for Kibra Parliamentary seat in 2017 as a stepping stone to national politics and maybe as a ground to equip her with enough experience to keep the ODM Party going even after the exit of Baba.
Unfortunately Raila didn’t live to see her daughter become the MP for Kibra constituency after she got ill; spending most her time moving from one hospital to another to cure the illness that greatly affected her in many ways. Without a doubt she would have been made an articulate MP.
The calm, composed, beautiful, intelligent, feminine, relaxed, brilliant and eloquent Rosemary is now focused on her businesses and taking good care of her daughters.
If she will eventually venture into politics in the future is matter of wait and see.
