Roselinda Soipan Tuya,born in 1982, is a Kenyan politician. She previously served as the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change, and Forestry. Tuya is notable for being the first Maasai woman to hold a cabinet position in Kenya.

She was dismissed from her role on July 11, 2024, but was nominated again for the same position on July 18, 2024. Later, on July 23, 2024, President William Ruto nominated her for the position of Cabinet Secretary for Defence.

Tuya attended The Kenya High School for her secondary education, graduating in 1998. She then earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Laws from the University of Washington.

Previously, Tuya served as the women’s representative for Narok County from 2013 to 2022. She is the daughter of former Narok South MP Samson Ole Tuya.
