What Top Leaders Have Said About Ruto-Raila Broad Based Govt

Some Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition leaders have reaffirmed that they will not be part of the proposed broad-based government President William Ruto said he will unveil it in due course.

In a press briefing, Azimio principal Kalonzo Musyoka said being part of the proposed government of national unity will be a betrayal, especially to Gen Z and millennials.

However, Siaya Governor James Orengo said the dialogue that Azimio chief Raila Odinga is pushing for is not about him joining the government but about creating preconditions for justice and good governance.

According to the ODM leader Raila Odinga, all victims of police brutality must be compensated and all cases related to protests be dismissed.
