Former Education CS Ezekiel Machogu and Julias Migos Ogamba who has been nominated by President Ruto to take over the Education CS docket. In 2022 Ezekiel Machogu contested for Governorship slot in Kisii county with Julius Migos as his deputy.In this contest,Simba Arati emerged the winner while the duo became second.
Julius Migosi Ogamba also contested for the Kitutu Chache North Parliamentary seat in 2017 on ODM party ticket but Jimmy Angwenyi emerged the winner.
