President Ruto has announced that Raila Odinga’s secretariat will be led by Foreign Affairs PS Korir Sing’oei and Raila’s brother-in-law, former Kenyan ambassador to the US, Elkanah Odembo.
They aim to develop a winning strategy to help Raila succeed Chadian Moussa Faki.
