An 8-year-old girl complained to the mother about a stomach ache after eating uncooked Githeri & was taken to hospital but the story was changed by the mother from a stomach ache to defilement by the father. The girl in court denied the allegation of being touched by the father. Watch video.

The mother later admitted to framing the husband whom she says had neglected her and the children to stay with the first wife.

She was bitter at him and saw an opportunity when the daughter complained of a stomach ache and made her lie to a doctor during a checkup to fix him.

The girl says they were not given any medication at the hospital and went to the police station afterwards.
