UPDATE: Garissa elders thanks President Ruto for re-nominating Aden Duale to Defence ministry
The elders drawn from different clans residing in Garissa further says that Duale’s re-appointment will help in strengthening security in Northeastern and the country at large.
They further says the President has shown confidence in him and the people of Northeastern in restoring peace and tranquility in the country.
