Today’s Sunday Nation Newspaper Headline talks about the president William Ruto’s Nyanza Tour which concluded yesterday in style. According to the newspaper, the president William Ruto who was accompanied by several leaders including the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua received a warm reception from the residents despite the region being Raila Odinga’s stronghold.

The president William toured several counties in Nyanza region where he assured the residents new projects even if they didn’t vote for him in the last general election. His Nyanza Tour came after he appointed several leaders from the region to his cabinet. Leaders who were appointed includes Hon Opiyo Wandayi and Hon John Mbadi. Despite that, it is now time for leaders to come together and support the head of State.
