The story of Sylvia Kemunto, a first-year student from Multimedia University

The story of Sylvia Kemunto, a first-year student from Multimedia University, is one of the most chilling and heartbreaking cases in recent memory. The details are disturbing and almost unreal:

Family with the lawyer
  1. Strangled using a hoodie kamba.
  2. Her body was stuffed into a suitcase.
  3. The suspect dragged the suitcase from one block to another, placed it on his bed, and covered it with a blanket.
  4. He then took a casual walk as if nothing had happened.
  5. Returned, used the same suitcase as a pillow, and woke up early to dump her body in a rooftop water tank.
  6. As if that wasn’t enough, he donated Sylvia’s phone as offertory in church.

Sylvia’s life had barely begun. A first-year student with dreams and a future ahead of her, taken in such a brutal and calculated manner.
