Hey, please help me post. I am finished. I am a 24-year old boy, the only child of a single mother. My dad abandoned us in the city when I was two years old and eloped to his hometown with another lady. My mom suffered to see me through primary and secondary school.

I started hustling for myself after secondary school until I got a connection to travel to Europe to search for greener pastures. I had been in Europe for only a year and things were beginning to turn around, I got a job with good pay , although I didn’t have documents yet, was hoping it would come after a few years. I was already dreaming of buying a car for myself, marry a good wife and then bring mother over to Europe to leave with us .

But my challenge now is last month , I got a call from the village from my father’s family that I should come back home that my father who is a big chief in the village was critically 1ll and that being his first son I need to come home so he will show me his properties and hand over his chieftaincy stool to me before he passed on. I didn’t go, I told them I was busy and not around. I told my mom she asked me not to go. Two weeks later the same elder from the village called me again and informed that my father he had passed on. He told me my father later made money and became wealthy before he d1ed,that he had houses, car and chieftaincy tittle, that as the first son I should come home to claim my inheritance.

Although I was not happy with the way my so called father ab@brined me and mom, I decided to accept the request of his family to go and claim his pr0perties, at least let that be my benefit. I bought flight tickets and flew home. After the fun3ral, it was time for the elders to show me the much talked about inheritance. Lo and behold, they showed this outdated bungalow and a d3ad tortoise car. In disbelief, I asked if he had any other pr0perties they said no apart from one farm land somewhere in the forest and off course his chieftaincy stool.

Fam am so confus3d right now cos I don’t know what to do. I spent more than 4 million naira for my flight ticket and fun3ral expenses, and see what I got as inheritance . I brought someone to buy the house he is pricing it 300,000 naira as for the car the aboki I called said he will buy it as mental scrap for 28,000 naira . Cha1 am f1n1shed, I have spent all my savings, I don’t even have money to buy my return ticket (about million naira) to my base in Europe. Please what should I do, I need advice from you all, help me
