Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is at Mwencha Teachers College for a burial Service of former NACADA CEO Victor Okioma in Kiminini Constituency, Trans Nzoia County.
Deputy President is accompanied by host Governor George Natembeya, Bungoma Governor Ken Lusaka, Trans Nzoia Senator Allan Chesang, Former Defence CS Eugene Wamalwa, PCS PAS Arthur Osiya, NACADA CEO Dr. Anthony Omerikwa among other leaders.
Okioma was a seasoned Public Administrator with vast experience in the implementation of government policies related to security, drug control and rehabilitation. He spearheaded the implementation of key programmes in line with Kenya’s drug control strategy during his stint at NACADA.
