The Star Kenya reports that ODM is pushing for increased representation in President William Ruto’s government following the impeachment of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

Some insiders within ODM are now calling for additional senior government appointments in recognition of their efforts to help stabilize the country.

They also seek to be rewarded for their critical role in supporting Gachagua’s impeachment, which they believe would not have succeeded without their backing.
