Breaking News: Ruto Swaps Duale And Soipan Cabinet Docket
The president William Ruto this afternoon had swap the former cabinet secretary for defence Hon Aden Duale with Hon Soipan Tuya. According to the news update which has reached us, the president William Ruto has now nominated Hon Aden Duale to the ministry of environment while Soipan Tuya to the ministry of defence.
This has come just few days after Hon Aden Duale thanked the president William Ruto for re-appointing him in the ministry of defence. What is your thoughts about this swaps?
