A sweet moment of love stole the show at Tharaka University’s third graduation ceremony, in Eastern Kenya.

The event, attended by dignitaries, took a romantic turn when a graduate surprised his lover with a marriage proposal.

In a viral video, the graduate approaches his partner slowly, holding a bouquet. This happens as his girlfriend, unaware of the surprise, is guided forward by a friend. The graduate then kneels and presents the flowers. awww.

Overwhelmed with emotion, the woman covered her face in joy before accepting the flowers. As if that’s not enough, the surprise continued when the graduate unleashed a wedding ring. After a moment of surprise, the lady smiled, accepted the ring, and said, “Yes.”
