Here Is The Vetting Programme Of The New Cabinet Nominated By Ruto

The Parliament vetting committee is expected to begin their vetting process of the new cabinet nominated by the president William Ruto. According to the post which they shared on the Parliament of Kenya Facebook page, the vetting process will be starting on Thursday 1st August where the former interior cabinet secretary Hon Kithure Kindiki will be the first one to be vetted by the committee before being officially appointed by the head of State.

Parliament vetting

The second nominee will be Dr Debra Barasa who was nominated under the ministry of health by the president William Ruto. She will be defending and explaining his agenda as the incoming cabinet secretary for health. She will be taking over from Susan Nakhumicha who had a tough time as intern Doctors were holding demonstration asking her to resign before the president William Ruto Sacked her. The other nominees and their dates of vetting are as shown in the pictures in this article.
