Man Aged 23 Years From Kisii Pretends To Be A Woman As He Look For Househelp Job

Yesterday, a young man was taken to Kinoo Police Station yesterday by a member of the public wearing ladies clothes and school uniform,introduced him self as Millicent Kemunto with a feminine voice, and claimed “she” was from kisii looking for the mother who sells mboga in kinoo, the number she gave had been switched off.

After lengthy interrogations, we found out that he is indeed a man by the name Kelvin Mungare aged 23 yrs from Kisii.
He has been looking for employment as a house help.
