Good News To Eldoret Man Who Was Charged Ksh10 Million Bond As Babu Owino Takes This Step
It is a good News to Jonathan Mutua who was charged with a bond of Ksh 10 million after allegedly stealing 186kg goat meat during the Gen Zs demonstration. According to the post which was shared on the social media platforms by the Embakasi East member of Parliament Hon Babu Owino, he has revealed that the bond has been appealed and the man is now required to pay Ksh150, 000 as a bond.
“Through our Advocate Aseso Omollo we sought a Review of the bond terms from 10 millions shillings which was imposed on Jonathan Mutua for allegedly stealing 181 kgs of Meat in Eldoret to a cash bail of 150K shillings.
