South Mugirango MP Silvanus Osoro recorded Mr Basweti,while he spoke on one of the Parliament Microphones and to the surprise of many, he has been listed by The Directorate of Criminal Investigations – DCI as a Wanted criminal. In the video which Basweti later shared on his tiktok account,Osoro’s voice is heard in the background Giving him An Okay to Start ,while at some point reminding him to include the Phrase “Mr speaker”.
