The Nairobi CBD is where protest started where protestors destroyed properties. According to the current situation in the Nairobi CBD, the police officers are the ones who are walking in the streets to make sure that no one will destroy properties like in the previous demonstrations. According to the photos, several shops have been closed due to the fear of being attacked by the goons who pretend to be Gen Z.
Also, there are no people in the streets as several businesses have been closed waiting to see what is going to happen after Gen Z threatened to continue with their demonstration. This has come after the DCI revealed that they will be following CCTV footage to arrest those who vandalized properties.
