My mum is finally leaving my dad after 38 years of marriage

All these while, I didn’t know that she was suffering in d marriage and she stuck around for us. I saw my dad h!t her from time to time and I felt like it was normal, I feel like I’ve let her down, I don’t even know how I felt after the Meeting that she called.

She explained everything to us and how she
sacrificed everything and she’s living cause our last born got married 2 months ago and everyone is grown up.
I’m d first child and I didn’t know my mum was so sad and uncomfortable and I feel like I’ve failed her. What should I do?

And how can I make it up to her, dad kept begging her and he has refused to eat, everything is ruined and I have to make a decision as d first child especially since he is sick and my mom was his major caregiver.
She hired him one already tho but what should I do to my hurt!ng mum and desperate dad.

After everything she said at d meeting, I’ll be stup!d to try convince her to stay especially since she put her life on hold for us and she feels like her job is done and she’s finally free and she can focus on herself now. She has everything prepared already. Pls how can I show her that I love her.
