Oscar Sudi cries out, wondering where and how to restart again following Tuesday’s protests
“It was a sad day for some of us today. My friend, President Ruto, has withdrawn the Finance Bill 2024 due to pressure from some violent young people. We fought and sacrificed a lot to pass this bill.
“Now, what happens to some of us who lost billions in property during the protests? What pains me is seeing Kenyans taking photos and videos online, enjoying drinks from my looted hotel. Those drinks cost me billions to stock,” said MP Oscar Sudi, days after his club was looted.
