Today’s Newspaper Headline: Ruto, You Betrayed Us

Today’s Newspaper headlines talks about the finance bill which was passed by the members of Parliament despite the cry from Kenyans mostly Gen Z. According to the newspaper headline, Gen Z have cried a lot by saying that the president William Ruto has betrayed them as they were expecting the head of State to listen them the same way they did during campaigns.

The president William Ruto in 2022 used sweet words to convince youths to vote for him but unfortunately the president has left them in their world of high taxations. Many youths went on the streets to demonstrate about the finance bill which was passed by over 200 members of Parliament. It is true that the president William Ruto and his government has betrayed all hustlers and youths in the country since what he promised them is totally different with what he is currently delivering to them.
