It is a heartbreaking news to the family and friends of activist Rex who was participating in the demonstration yesterday after the police officer decided to take his life. According to the reports which were shared on the social media platforms, the body of Rex was taken to city mortuary where other Gen Z went there to view.

Rex is among the young Kenyans who was participating in the finance bill protest before being shot dead by the police officers who were trying to bring peace in the city of Nairobi. Parents of Rex have been shocked by the incident making the not to believe that their son is dead. Many people have condemned the incident of killing a young man who was peacefully demonstrating his right. Rest in peace Rex.
