After Eating Money From A Guy I Met On Facebook, Now I Can’t Go To The Toilet

Pls help, Few days ago a guy i met on Facebook asked me to visit him and I told him to send me transport and he sent me 10k then, I immediately blocked him because I didn’t want to travel I just needed money so bad.

As we speak, It’s been 4 days now I can’t pass stool, I have gone to the toilet several times but I can’t poop. yesterday I decided to unblock him, the first message he sends me is “my money must come out of your belly”

I have even promised to send him back his money, I even doubled the amount but he refused he said I should come to his place.
I explained this to my sister and she told me to go see him I’m so scared.

Please help me I need advice.
