Babu Owino Accuses Sakaja For Misusing Over Ksh.800 Million Meant For Floods

The Embakasi East member of parliament Hon Babu Owino today in the morning has raised a question to the Nairobi governor Hon Johnson Sakaja on disaster management money which is over eight hundred million shillings. According to Babu Owino, he has asked the governor to come clean and explain how the money has been used as people continue to suffer in slums like Mathare.
