Davido Speaks On His Alleged Arrest By K24

Nigerian Artist Davido is seeking legal redress against K24 following a story on his alleged arrest at the JKIA on fools day.

The musician notes that he does not appreciate the story which was couched as part of the broadcaster’s April Fools’ Day editorial offering.

He adds that the allegations tainted his name and his brand, insisting that he had not been arrested as alleged in the story.

Notably, his statement comes after the DCI flagged the editorial new article owing to the concerns that were raised on social media.
